For reports of safety defects in goods intermediated through sur.plus: service@surpluspurpose.com. We forward reports to the releasing company and inform affected recipients. Responsibility for the goods themselves remains with the releasing company.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). Please address complaints directly to us, we try to find an amicable solution first.

Note: sur.plus is in its founding phase. Once the operating company (sur.plus UG, haftungsbeschränkt) is registered, this notice will be updated with the company name, register court, register number, management and VAT identification number.
